Have you ever looked around a grocery store and thought to yourself “What do they do with all the food they don’t sell?” All too often the answer is – sadly - throw it away. Forgotten Harvest is metro Detroit’s solution to the problems of hunger and waste. Our method is quite simple: Rescue perishable and prepared foods and deliver it to organizations that serve the hungry. That’s it!
